Northwoods Apartments permits tenants to have up to two cats, provided that the following qualifications are met:

• Payment* of a $200 non-refundable pet fee
• Payment* of an additional $100 security deposit, returnable within thirty days of vacating the apartment if the apartment is in good condition.
• Cats must be house trained - (using a litter box)
• Statement from the veterinarian that the cats' immunizations are up to date
• Flea medication be administered at regular intervals
• Collar ID tag is placed on the cat

The following are recommended:

• The cats be spayed or neutered
• The cats are sheltered in a cat carrier/crate when maintenance or other apartment personnel enter your home.
